For those interested in exploring further, the app offers a comprehensive collection of powerful meditations that can be unlocked and downloaded for a small fee (see full list below).

In addition to aiding emotional well-being, the release of heavy, suppressed emotional energies is crucial for maintaining good health. Emotions possess energy, and this energy does not simply vanish if it is repressed or held in. When we are unable to express ourselves emotionally or psychologically, this energy becomes trapped within us and can manifest as physical discomfort or illness.

Letting go of painful emotions and transforming them into feelings of peace and acceptance can greatly benefit one's health. As Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Be the peace you wish to see in the world." By fostering peace within our own hearts, we contribute to a peaceful energy that extends around the globe.

Similarly, when we transform these lower emotional energies within ourselves, we contribute to releasing and transforming them from humanity as a whole. In doing so, we all play a part in elevating human consciousness, raising the planet's vibrational frequency, and cultivating peace.

About the author: Barbara Clark is an experienced Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki Practitioner.
